Every time I click on “Skip Intro” it’ll skip it, but then the audio is no longer synced with the video. It’s delayed and the only way to fix it is to rewind it, which defeats the purpose of skipping the intro in the first place. I’ve been just dealing with it for a long time, but I’m getting sick of it. This is on the Nvidia Shield TV Pro 2019.
Any way we can get this fixed? It’s becoming extremely frustrating. Thank you.

Hello, I also had such delays sometimes,. In another forum there was a tip in the Nvidia Shield settings to disable “Dolby audio processing”. Since changing the setting for me, I have not had the error again. Just try it once.
I appreciate the tip. I’ll give it a try, but I wish we knew why this was happening so we don’t have to deal with a workaround.
I think this fixed it for me too. I also had the sync issue and it recently stopped and I can skip intro just fine. I assumed plex had fixed it but now after reading your comment I realise a few days prior I disabled the dolby audio processing setting.
I also have this issue, will test disabling “Dolby audio processing”
