With latest Plex Windows player version (Plex pass version) I’m getting subtitles at the top and bottom of the screen, sometimes they are the same, sometimes they are even different versions. It’s pretty weird. Is this something the Devs are familiar with or can be fixed?
What format is the subtitle using? SRT, ASS, other?
Can you try extracting it and then send it to me?
