Anyone have any idea why all content is defaulting to having subtitles on? It is really annoying and I have no idea how to get it to stay off… I primarily use web streaming if that helps…
Go to Plex.tv > my account> other services> settings> global app setting and change subtitles from always unable to manually.
This will help.
Just select Manually Selected for the Auto-select subtitle mode
Fix: Settings>Web>Player>Burn Subtitles (Change from ‘Always’ to ‘Automatic’). This fixed the issue.
