Subtitles stop work after 30-40 minutes

Hello,
I have a problem with subtitles in every TV Show / TV episode. I watch episode with subtitles, works fine. But after 30-35min. subtitles stops work. I need to rewind video for 10-20 seconds, then subtitles work again.

Any idea how to fix that please? Using latest plex server in Ubuntu Server 20.04. I had this issue with Ubuntu Server 18.04 too. Watching content from plex in Smart TV Samsung UE58NU7172 (2018). All content is saved in Synology DS216play.

In past I had a problem with some subtitles (bad encoding). So I’m using plugin SRT2UTF-8.

Having similar problem, subtitles don’t work when resuming playback. Rewinding back fixes this too.

Try increasing the time at “Buffer por defecto del transcodifcador”.
I am testing with 120 seconds. Until now (just 2 movies) the subtitles are displayed until the end.
