Subtitles disappear while playing a movie

Subtitles disappear while playing a movie.

I would watch a movie, enable subtitles then a few minutes later the subtitles are disabled. I would
Re-enable the subtitles and it would happen again.

This happens on different movies. Random moments.

Plex on Synology NAS (Latest version)

Please help!

Series or movies, both.

I have to go to my phone, go to HOME app (easy way), clique on go back (30sec), to show again the subtitles.

Need help!
