My elderly mother needs subtitles enabled to watch content, but currently I can only enable subtitles at server level.
Could we have a feature to enable subtitles for a specific user?
This would really help older users
That’s incorrect… subtitles are configured/enabled per account.
- Sign in with your mother’s account
- Go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/account
- Adjust the audio/subtitle preferences to your (her) liking
