Subtitles failing to load (error msg: Unable to load subtitles)

Plex web will allow me to view existing subtitles, but won’t allow me to search for new ones.

My Roku Ultra, with today’s latest update, shows me on the info screen that there are subtitles, but won’t display them. IOS and iPadOS will display existing subtitles, but won’t allow a search. It returns:

"Uh-oh! There was an error
Something went wrong while searching subtitles for your media. Please try again later. It’s been days - still doesn’t work. Suggestions? This occurs with TV series as well as movies - seems that creating a new movie library won’t help out at all with the TV series (6TB that now fail on Roku completely, and can’t be searched for on IOS for new. Tried with AppleTV. Same issues - displays existing, but won’t allow any to be added to any type.

I started receiving the same today, were you able to solve this issue?

Problem is still intermittent. Seems to be working now.

I’m currently experiencing it in the Plex web app on the server.
