I can’t seem to understand how the subtitle works…
I have a plex account and I’m admin, I thought that if I add subtitles on my videos all my shared users have the same subtitles.
I selected for each account, the preferd language as dutch and english as audio.
So when I go and search a subtitle in plex and go to a shared user and the same video, they don’t have that subtitle.
But there are some video, I added the subtitle also manually and other users can also see the subtitles, so I don’t really understand how to show the subtitle always.
And yes I have selected everything in option regarding language and subtitles.
This seems only the case with subtitles I search in plex, External subtitles can be seen by the shared user
