Subtitles Hijacking User Accounts

When a managed user is accessing TV Shows, the TV show auto selects the English subtitles and they have to stop playback, and set Subtitles to None. This is only happening with TV Shows. This is only for managed users. The main user doesn’t have this problem of auto selecting subtitles.

Have they configured a preferred language for audio and subtitles?

Yes. It’s set to English. Which is fine, but it defaults to subtitles and we don’t want to. And when it does the audio and video is out of sync.
