When Plex cannot find the movies’ subtitles I need, I download them from Subscene and manually upload them to the respective movies folder.
Then I refresh metadata and sometimes analyze the movie, right.
Problem as follows:
- When I view the movie on Plex on my home network (where my server is physically located, all my subtitles are available, which is ok.
- When I’m on the road outside of my own network, I need to connect to Plex remotely. Then I cannot see the subtitles I manually uploaded to my server, even after a refresh and after analyzing the concerned movie’s folder again.
