Subtitles not being added

Trying to get Plex to find subtitles for movies in my library. Configuring and enabling the OpenSubtitles.org agent under Settings - Agents - Movies - Plex Movie (Legacy) and refreshing all metadata for the Movies library does nothing. It says “None” when I browse to my movie in the library and look under Subtitles. And I also don’t get a subtitle file in the corresponding folder (not sure if one will actually be placed there).

What am I doing wrong?
