Subtitles not being showed proberly

Hi Everyone,

Ever since the update, whenver i directplay a video file (i only use .mkv) with SRT subtitles imbedded. The subtitles aren’t showing proberly.

Sometimes the subtitles are showing, sometimes they aren’t. I can rewind and then they are there.

If i set the client to burn the subtitles in the stream, they are there correctly.

MKV files that previously worked just fine, does the same.

Streaming to firefox webclient, seems to work just fine though.

Does anyone have any idea what might be the source of the problem?

Hi Semtexen,

I have the same problem. Everything was fine until a couple updates back.
Now the subtitles are working 70% of the time. And it doesn’t matter which client i use.
I hoped they will fix it with a update soon but after multiple updates it still isn’t fixed. :frowning:

I was looking on this forum to find some answers but it seems like we are the only one with this similar problem.

Did you find a way or solution to fix this?
