I can download subtitles, but need to do it one by one. They don’t download if I just refresh the metadata. What I am missing?
Are you using the new Plex Movie agent? This does not support automatically downloading subtitles.
Is it something that we can expect to have back?
The new agent seems better on metadata, but the lack of automation for subs is a pain 
I agree. I am trying to refresh to download the subtitles automatically to help improve the end user’s experience when selecting a subtitle. I noticed when trying to do it one episode at a time, it is not syncing correctly with the words. This could be due to having to manually select which subtitle to download.

I have these settings. Which one needs to be disabled in order to get auto subtitles back?
