Subtitles not showing after video is paused and automatically quits plex

When I pause a video, after some time it exits plex back to the main “google for chromecast TV” screen (which is also weird)

When I go back to the episode, the subtitles are not displayed. I need to stop the episode and restart it for the subtitles to show again
