Subtitles Not Showing

Plex App: Latest

Subtitles doesn’t show up after closing the app or turning off the TV/Firestick.

  1. Open movie.
  2. Select local or online subtitle.
  3. Turn off the Firestick.
  4. Turn on Firestick.
  5. Open Plex and resume watching.
  6. Notice subtitle is selected but is not displaying unless you force stop the app and re-open it.
