Subtitles not working outside LAN

Hi,

I’m having issues with playing video’s with subtitles outside of my home network. This problem only occurs (as far as I can test) with Google TV devices (Android TV) and using the official Plex app. The same Google TV device can play subtitles without problem inside the network. Also the subtitles show correctly when using another device to “Cast” from a mobile device to that same Google TV. Anyone has any similar experiences or knows how I can resolve this issue?
