As the title says, the possiblity of offsetting subtitles is not available on my Apple TV 4.
Any idea ?

Yes; I’m using external .srt subtitles.
The option of adjusting offset does not appear.
PMS and Plex media player on the Apple TV are the latest versions.

My bad… we just recently had a similar case for another user on Plex for Android. It seems that feature is supposed to be a Plex Pass only feature… the related support articles are yet to be corrected (it appears the „Plex Pass only“ note had not been added by accident and this was only noticed some days ago).
