please add options to subtitles in the Plex webGUI

-customization of subtitles aspect Customizing Subtitle appearance in Plex Media Player (PMP)
-position of subtitle (including the option to show it bellow the video, on the black bars)
I have Universal media server (as DLNA server) and it properly encode my subtitles characters to east-europe and place it below the video.
Why Plex can’t do that?
