Offline mode (Downloaded files) does not load SUBTITLES (.srt) at the moment.
Does the problem will be resolve in the next App version?
Its been tested in several iOS and ipadOS devices. The Subtitles options appear, but they won’t load.
In Streaming mode, it does work 100%.
Can anyone help me?
Ive updated with all the new releases, I’ve tried again in iPads, and iPhones, ando just the same. After downloading, f.e. Spa, Eng and PT, I can see the subtitles options im my download but I can´t select any of them.
Well, good news/bad news. The good news is you aren’t doing anything wrong, and there’s nothing else you need to enable or fiddle with to get things working. The bad news is…it’s broken and you’re unable to view subtitles in synced media on iOS.
I’ve actually thought about reencoding stuff I want to watch on the go that’s in a foreign language to burn in subtitles, but this far haven’t done it. I may, I may.
