Subtitles stop displaying after 90% - 95% of the movie

I have this issue for a long time and I try to draw attention on this issue again. Unfortunately I haven’t found any solution from the Plex staff the last time and also not in other topics.

The issue is that the subtitles stop displaying after 90% - 95% play of a movie. Almost every single time. Turning off the subtitles and turning them on again fixes the issue.

I have this issue on my Samsung Tizen TV (2020) and I’m running the Plex server on a Synology NAS (Docker container).

I hope a Plex staff member can look into this issue.
