Subtitles stop streaming after short time

I am having issues streaming subtitles. While streaming an mkv file with embedded, subtitles will play for about 30 seconds, then turn off. I can get them to play by exiting the movie, then starting to play it again. My current setting for Burn Subtitles is Automatic. This seems like the same issue as this forum post: Subtitles stop working after a short time in MKV. I’ve attached the logs to help.
