Subtitles .sub .idx not showing anymore

Hi,

First time posting mostly due to that I have been happy until now. :slight_smile:
As you can see below my versions I simply wonder why the .idx .sub subtitles are not working anymore? I can chose them in the player on the TV but they are not showing while the movie is playing.
I am pretty certain basically all .idx .sub worked before but since a few updates ago they just stop, can’t say exactly when though.
I read somewhere that someone worked out that if a .sub is larger than 12MB then Plex can’t handle it. But I tried to strip one .sub from all but ENG subtitles which made it like 8-9MB but it still didn’t show.
If I download an .srt subtitle it works just fine.

I also tried in the XPlay app and it actually works just fine there. However I would like to still use the official Plex app as it is just more nice. And also I experienced buffering in XPlay that I don’t have at all in the official app.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a known bug?

Let us know if the new 1.18.0.1913 fixes this for you.
