i have a plex server on freenas, i think i have tried everything but i not get subtitels working
i have tried with opensubtitles with acount , i have download srt files , i have moved movies to sub folders , i have scan a few times metadata and analize data ,
how can i solve the problem to show dutch subtitles automatic under the movies

Review Configuring Subtitle Support and Adding Local Subtitles to Your Media.
When using external subtitle files, the Local Media Assets agent must be enabled.
Also, the file name of the subtitle file must exactly match the movie/show file name. It must also have the correct language code in place.
Example:

i have a acount by opensubtitles.org and check if the subtitle was there by this movie

I didn’t find any problems related to your opensubtitles agent, but I did find lots of errors related to your IMDB agent. So I believe that your subtitles problems are just a symptom of the errors caused by the IMDB agent. Look how your server is doing queries and getting erros as response:

I don’t see any of these errors in my logs, and I was able to downlod all the metadata for my “Angel Has Fallen”
I have reinstalled plex and still no subtitles from opensubtitles.org i will upload again my logs when I’m back

the new logs tested again wit same movie and rescand for meta data
it is a freenas server with plex plugin
Downloading from opensubtitles.org has specific PMS agent requirements.
Review the Setting OpenSubtitles.org Source Preferences section of Configuring Subtitle Support. Make sure you have the correct agent settings.
You will need to refresh the metadata for the movie or library after making any agent changes.
If you are using your own external SRT subtitles, please share the filename of both the movie and the subtitle.

Run the command below and them refresh one of your movies metadata:

In your linux server
i have run the command no errors but also no subtitles
my jail on freenas is not working good anymore i have changed to a vm on a hypervisor and this is working correct in one time no problem also subtiltes is working,
i think it was a freenas version / plex compatible isseue
i have one question by some movies the subtitles is a little bit of can is offset the subtitels some how
I’m also seeing the same problem on FreeNAS/Plex (plexpass version), according to com.plexapp.agents.opensubtitles.log it finds a match, but 404s one download. My OpenSubtitles credentials are ok.

I have not find a solution yet i have installed plex Now on a different machine windows now, i think freenas has a permission issue in the folder where the subtitles is saving (answer to spitf1r3 )
