Hello!
Recently I started receiving a “Camera Upload Error. Someone else is already using Camera Upload Have null select the and then return here to make changes.” … On my android client. Obviously It’s not uploading any new pictures. I could reinstall the app, but I don’t want to upload all my photos again. I already have a round a duplicates that I have to clean up.
Any help would be appreciated.
Android Client Version: 6.10.2.2954
Plex Server Version: 1.10.0.4523
Same issue here. Also appeared in the most recent Version of Android.

Update. My phone is still having the issue above and now my wife’s IOS (iphone 7) device is now reporting:
We each have over 1k pictures on our phones.. please fix without the need to reupload all of our pictures/videos.

Is there a way we can bring this to the attention to plex’s support stuff?

updated server-side, and this went away. i also cleared cache in android app, but this didn’t work on its own, without (freenas) plex server update.
Over here on android same camera upload problem, is there allready a fix ?

Clearing Cache did not fix this for me. I am currently running Version 1.9.7.4460
@elan - you’re promoting new features for photos yet most of us cant even upload at the moment!

Me too. Clearing cache did nothing.
(Plex android client: 6.10.2.2954, server: 1.10.1.4602)
If somebody at plex would like to troubleshoot this issue, I’m willing to provide debug information if you let me know what would be useful. Please let me know.

Uninstalled entirely the Plex app on my mobile. Reinstalled it and went through the Camera Upload setup from scratch again and it seems to work now.
No change made on the server.
Same trouble for me too. Do a reinstall of app and it works until the next time. Tonight, changing user to the master user was able to upload then.
The newest Android and iPhone (as of 1/5/2018) fixed this for me. I hope others are fixed as well.

It’s now working for me and my wife with the newest Android and IPhone Apps.
