'Suddenly' many missing DVB channels

I have used 2 HDHomerun quattro tuners & Plex for around 3 years, without problems. Suddenly Plex is missing around 15 channels (out of 70 used/starred channels).

I cannot see a reason why Plex is missing so many channels (it shows them listed, but the righthand panel/s are blank on each channel number, when you click on the panel the channel name appears. But makes no difference when you try and save the list. I have tried re-scanning, makes no difference.

HDHomerun app shows ALL the channels and is working 100%.

I had the same issue as yourself. I ended up deleting and reinstalling the Homerun tuner which gave me all the channels back. and I did not loose any of my DVR schedule.
