I tried both when I tested the show not too long ago and it didn’t matter what order I chose.
On TVDB Super Sentai season 12 has a season name….Choujuu Sentai Liveman

On TMDB Choujuu Sentai Liveman is consider it’s own show, separate from the main show Super Sentai

If I understand correctly the people in this thread has/had the exact opposite problem. They would prefer to have individual shows following the TMDB
It’s almost as if they fixed their issue and now everybody who preferred TVDB’s order like revasser is now having problems
