Support for ASTC 3.0

When will Plex player support ASTC 3.0 streams? I have the HDHomeRun 4K receiver and with Plex player on my NVShield, the video works, but I do not get audio.

HDHomeRun says Plex does not support ASTC 3.0 stream and they will need to support it.
