Support for Plex Cloud Sync

I am a lifetime Plex Pass user since 2013 and wanted to know if I was doing something wrong since I have never been able to successfully use the Plex Cloud Sync feature.

Every time I select a movie to be Synchronized to the Cloud using the Cloud Sync feature it always stays stuck at the step “Waiting to be uploaded”. I use Google Drive as my cloud provider and have my Plex account linked with Google Drive.

Is there a way to formally contact Plex Support to address this isssue? I can provide logs and any other information that would be needed.

So what you’re telling me, in essence, is that the old Cloud Sync doesn’t work but you guys have a dedicated team working on making it an actual usable feature? :sunglasses: based on a new, fresh, up-to-date sync engine?
