It doesn’t appear that any Plex app supports touch under Windows. Is there anyway to use a Windows tablet with Plex?
From what I learned, the Plex client available in the Windows App Store should include touch support. From personal experience on an iPad, I didn’t have any issues, using Plex Web using e.g. mobile Safari… (except some occasional issues with scrolling or hitting the right buttons).
Unfortunately, it appears that the Plex client available in the Windows App Store is defunct - it hasn’t been updated since 2017. There are a lot of outstanding bugs/crashing + missing features.
My main problems, for example in Chrome or Firefox on Windows, touching things as simple as the play button does nothing (clicking with a mouse does work). Random things just do not respond to touch at all, while things like drop down menus do.
@tom80H anyway to get support for this?
you could check if there’s existing feature suggestions in this area (to support) or raise a new one (if none exists)
