[SUPPORT] None of my Plex Servers Working

Suddenly all of my plex media servers have gone down including my plex cloud server and my Nvidia Shield server. I cannot fix any of the issues. I actually even reset my Nvidia Sheild back to factory defaults. I also reinstalled my Plex server on my computer and attempted to set up my Plex cloud server. However, I have had no success in making any of them work again.

I can only imagine that this is now some sort of issue with my online account. Could someone who has access to my account check it out?

I don’t see anything wrong with your account but your IP was temp blocked a few times yesterday for 5 minutes each time. Are you running PlexPy/tautulli or something like that which might ping us a whole bunch

No. I just have a Plex server on my sheild, one on Windows, and I used to have an official cloud instance. I still can’t make any of them work.

The computer and sheild ones claim my libraries are empty. They detect no media when I scan. I’ve checked the library paths.

For TV, it even says that it’s scanning each folder for content, but it finds nothing.

I even factory reset my sheild assuming that would have to fix the problem, but it somehow didn’t.

So you can access them from web interface but the just have no libraries?

There is a server update for the shield that you should be able to update from google play right now to fix that. It was just released a couple hours ago

Ok. I’ll try that on the Shield later today. I still can’t get Plex Cloud working again now though. Would it perhaps be possible to reset my Plex cloud somehow?

I’ve used it since the invite only beta, but now I just see this setup link.

However, it does not respond when I click on it.

You can remove all those extra shield servers at http://app.plex.tv/desktop?secure=0#!/settings/devices
