With Sweet Fades enabled, the server makes mention that the song was started in the “Date Played” column but never places a number in the “Plays” column once finished. With Sweet Fades turned off, the song finishes, the “Plays” column is updated, and this smart playlist removes the song since it no longer qualifies to be in the playlist.
Where can this bug be reported for investigation?

Is that an indication that you are not seeing similar results? Which log files specifically do you want that I can get from the server? Since the client is iOS, where do I obtain its log file?

The instructions say to upload the zip file for each of these areas. Do you want all of those files? Is there any personal info in them that someone other than support can download and see?
I turned sweet fades on during my morning commute to generate some log information and is attached here. I have not been using sweet fades lately because the playlist is not updating properly. Also noticed yesterday that even with sweet fades turned off, a 15 second song called Thirty Dirty Birds by The Red Hot Chili Peppers also is failing to be marked as played and removed from the playlist. I played the song multiple times in its entirety yesterday while troubleshooting and you can see from the screen shot that the last played date is a month old.
This particular playlist IS synced to the playback devices to the maximum count of 500 items. There was an issue where sweet fades, though turned on, was not functioning with a synced playlist playing online or offline.
