How do we fix up mismatched shows? I’ve found one that has been incorrectly matched.
A-League is the Australian men’s soccer/football league, which will never get entries in thetvdb. Plex has matched it incorrectly to a show called The League. It’d probably actually be better to just be unmatched entirely, but I can’t see any ways to accomplish this.

I have also seen a couple other shows that are incorrectly matched like this. The first one is the new Macgyver series on CBS that started this year is matching the show from 1985. Also the new show Bull is matching from a show called Bull made in 2000.
I saw an issue where “The Daily Show with Trevor Noah” wasn’t listed under “My upcoming shows”, because my existing episodes are under “The Daily Show”, no “with” anyone.

You can unmatch a show by going to the Show page in Plex Web App, right clicking on the … menu and the bottom of the sidebar menu and selecting Unmatch.
Does that affect shows in the DVR guide, though? It looks to only affect already recorded/acquired things.
Yes, this is referring to media that has been recorded. This allows you to fix it after the fact. I don’t know of any way that you can change (fix an incorrect match) in the Program Guide.

I was referring to the EPG issue being passed along. I’ll let you know when I find out more.
Paris-Nice cycling race is on this week, but it’s not showing up in the “Sports” category. Only found it when searching for “cycl”. Full title of the show in the EPG is “Cycling: Paris-Nice 2017”.
@BastardSheep That’s dependent on sport or sports category being applied in the data that Plex receives from Gracenote. I see it appear in my sports data, but I’m using IceTV.
Ahh, didn’t realise that’s where that came from. I thought Plex had maybe been doing that matching themselves. Guess I was wrong.

@BastardSheep PMS looks for the category in order to display it like that, but if the category isn’t in the data, there’s not too much that PMS can do.
Another one. Utopia (AU) TVDB Trakt Season 03 starts tonight (Wednesday) on ABC (Channel 2) at 9:03pm. It will be recurring on this channel at roughly this time weekly.
The guide has mismatched it to Utopia (UK) TVDB.
Oh, and Hyundai A-League (sport) from my OP was fixed for a week or two, then went back to being mismatched to The League (sitcom). New season doesn’t start until first week in October, though.
The last 3 days there’s been no “sport” or “sports” category on offer at all.
