Sync Artist/Ablum music fix?

I have reported this in the main forum, but after updating the beta version of the app this morning and testing and finding the bug still present, thought it best to post here.

Basically when syncing music to my phone, I somethings don’t get the artwork for the artist and the album - its been an on going issue since getting my new phone about 12 months ago (android 7.1.1). My older tablet running 6.0.1 doesn’t suffer.

If I sync one artist at a time, it generally all comes over; however if you set a large number to sync there will one of two which are missing the information. The only way to fix the issue is to delete the artist off the sync list and re-sync just that one artist.

I have also noticed over time artwork starts to disappear.

The sync folder is set to my SD card (if that makes a difference).

I’ve attached some screen shots and the logs for the device and PMS.

Update - in just two days I have lost pretty much all the artist information on my synced content, please see below:

Any chance on a update on a fix for this? Still ongoing issue now made even more noticeable still getting android auto in the car new. Plex music app looks great when the artist and ablum artwork had synced, but not so great when it’s missing.

The bug only impacts my phone running 7.1.1…older tablet on 6.0.1 is fine.
