Sync - Choose Destination

My dad’s internet at home is garbage. Super…Super slow. He wants to sync a tv show so that it is ready to go when he wants to watch it. He is using a laptop with windows 10. He is accessing Plex via Chrome.

If he selects the show, then clicks on the down arrow, the only devices he sees for choose destination is his android phone and android tablet. He doesn’t see his laptop or desktop. Per the forum , I had him logout, and log back in and still nothing.

What am I doing wrong? How do i get his laptop/desktop windows machines to appear in the Choose Destinations? Thank you in advance!

Sync is only available for mobile handheld devices (phones and tablets) and for Cloud storage.
A workaround may be the Windows 10 app (from the Windows App store).

Thank you! I had no idea you couldn’t sync to non-mobile devices.
