How to sync to a laptop

Hi, I’m trying to sync to a laptop, but it only shows my other devices (tablets and mobile phones). Can anyone help me with this?

Plex Mobile Sync only works on ‘smart phone’ and ‘tablet’ devices.
If your laptop runs on Windows 10, you can install the Plex app from the Windows app store on it and use that.

And the second question offcourse is: will I ever be able to sync to a laptop/desktop? Because it sounds kinda strange to me, that I can’t sync my content to a device that belongs to me, and is signed in on the same account and belongs to the same household, and is running a PMS. I mean, laptops and desktops have more storage then an android device…

Yes, you can define your custom storage location for synced content.

I can’t tell you that. Future plans for Plex are not publicly available.
