Sync doesn't work on Windows App

Hi there,

I’ve purchase plex pass hoping I could use the sync feature. I tested on mobile and it worked, but then on the Windows app it doesn’t. I selected to sync the content at original quality, but it still got converted. I was expecting it to simply make a copy of the video, not transcode it. But anyway, the windows app doesn’t actually download the videos, when I put to display synced contend it list the items, but I cannot play them.

They were clearly not downloaded as I was monitoring the network activity.

Is the sync actually a not working feature on the Windows app?

by the way, I could not find anywhere how to open a support ticket, is there a way of doing it?

  1. I’m using the app, not the web interface
  2. sync location was already set up correctly
  3. status says for all items awaiting transfer, it doesn’t matter what I select to sync, it just gets added there and it never transfers
  4. I saved my items when I select to sync, still no transfer
