Sync error before transcoding

Hi,
I am trying to use the “sync media” feature to play offline on an iPad.
I choose the media to sync, set the options and, for example on TV Shows, set limit 5 files of the season. And then OK.
The Monitor Sync Status shows me that One of the files is correctly transcoded, but the other ones indicates:
“The transcoder could not process the file”.

It only can transcode 1 file, the others always fails…

Any idea of what’s going wrong? And a solution?

Please, someone using “sync” feature, lety me know if it works fine and if tuerce Ism something I gorgoteo to do, to check…
