Hi I have recently subscribed to Plex Pass and none of my sync (offline on iOS) have worked or proceeded beyond 50%. Some have an error message - ‘this media was unable to be analyzed’.
A solution would be greatly appreciated - I have looked in the threads but have brrn unable to find one.

Which server are you syncing from ?
Is it one you own?
Is it shared ?
Have you been given permission to sync if it is a shared server?
Would need logs to see what is happening if it is from your server - but I cannot see any server signed in on your account - so not sure where you are syncing from
