Sync not working on Linux Ubuntu Plex server

Player Version#:Plex Android app with update from 6.11.2018 and windows store app

Since a few weeks i cant sync any content to my android devices. On the mobile devices it says “Pending”. On the server it says “Waiting to be converted”. I tried reinstalling the apps on the mobile devices, and cleaning the sync queue and restarting the plex media server. Here is my Plex Media Server log after starting a sync of one file on my mobile devices. At that point on the plex server the sync queue was empty except that one song i tried to sync in original quality.

We have made a lot of improvements to sync on the Android client since 6.11, unless this is a server error the first step toward trying to get this resolved is updating to a newer build

It is also happening on my Windwos PC so i think its an server issue

In that case it would be better to report this in the server section of the forums.
