First post on this forum. I’m fairly new to the Plex world, and I’ve run into a wall with this issue. I am running Plex android app version 8.5.0.19697 and I am unable to sync content to my device despite being the primary account and having a Plex pass. It tells me that it is unable to sync items and to check my internet connection. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. The server appears to be working fine and if I log in to the server interface on my PC, I can sync to my device from there without issue. I have sync on my android phone set to use the SD Card rather than internal storage, and there is about 100 GB free for it to use. Anyone know how to fix this?
