Sync process at 100% conversion, but never finishes

Hey all,

On my SHIELD TV server, whenever I try to sync stuff, the server converts it to 100% but then never releases the video for download.

Does anyone have the same issue? I have attached a relevant logfile.

Did some more testing and it seems that this problem occurs only when files have eac3 audio. Other items sync fine.

There is a fix for a similar issue in version 1.13.9 of PMS, can you test again once you’ve received that upgrade on your SHIELD?

Thanks, I have the same problem. The update 1.13.9 PMS has already been released or is it a beta?

@jp77 Currently in beta, will be in production in a few days.

I’m sorry to say but this 1.13.9 beta makes the issues sync has far worse. All media (with an EAC3 audo track) i try to sync now fails, and looking at the logs the errors look very familiar to an issue that was present a few releases ago, where the transcoder tries to switch to software transcoding and then fails.

Media having audio tracks other than EAC3 sync fine. Please, syncing is a premium feature and should receive more attention than it is getting now.

EDIT: It appears that all media fails, because files i could previously sync without problems also fail with the same error.
