When I try to sync files with an original size bigger than (around) 3 GB the conversion fails at 25-35% with message ‘The transcoder was unable to process this media’.
Tried to convert to 4Mbit / 720p or less. Files smaller than 3 GB are working well, streaming also. It doesn’t matter if the original files are local or on the NAS. Syncing with ‘Original quality’ is also working.
This is already for a couple of weeks, waited for the next release but Version 1.13.2.5149 has still the same behaviour.
I am having the exact same problem. I have tried several files and it fails everytime. When I check the logs, I get this error:

I am using PMS 1.13.2.5149. This error occurred with both Nvidia Shield 6.3 and 7.0.1. I have a 64 GB USB drive formatted as internal media and have the PMS data move to it so space is not the issue.
I am having the same issue as described and I don’t think turning off hw acceleration is a good solution. What is the fix for this? I have bought a plex pass mainly to sync media to my devices and hate that it’s not working.
Updated the server to Plex Media Server 1.13.5.5291 and we continue the same … Is there anyone working on this? The conversion with the acceleration off is sloooow
