Sync storage values incorrect

Hello Plex devvers,

I just had a look at the logs after I synced a playlist.

I noticed the following information in the SyncStorage.txt:
Total: 12,6 GB Limit: 2,8 GB Used by Sync: 1,5 GB Free: 884,9 MB Available 684,9 MB.

Seems like the app is seeing the correct value. But what is “Available”?

When I look at the settings menu in Android I see:
11.69GB used of 12.55GB total. 0.86GB left.

Plex is using 1.55GB in total.
App = 58.58MB and data is 1.49GB

cache is 94.17MB.

What email address can I send the log files to? (I’ve also had one app crash)

There are 200+ people online right now on this forum. And there isn’t a living soul that can react on my topics? It’s really dead here… :-S

@MarcoKliko Sorry for the belated reply. We’re aware there’s been a lack of activity from us Plex devs here and that’s something we plan to address.

To answer your question, our implementation of Sync V2 will always try to leave 200MB free on the device, thus the discrepancy you can see between “Free” and “Available”.

Users normally just post their logs here in the forums. As for crash reports, if you select “Submit” when the app prompts you to do so after the crash, then we’ll get notified about it (and we’ll also get a copy of the device logs).
