Look, keep the money you guys took from me. 40 bucks literally amounts to nothing to me but please dont try to sell this product to anyone else when its essentially a psuedo itunes mixed with a crappier version of video stream.
Sync doesn’t work, so you cant actually take your media anywhere. This is the highest desired feature for the plex pass and its broken as ■■■■. Everything just sits at 50% downloading. Nothing ever downloads. No amount of reinstalling the app, limiting the number of items and boosting the storage does anything. All and all its the most important feature that doesn’t work.
It’s too bad you didn’t come here to get help. The community might be able to find out what’s going on and help you get it working. Plex works great for the majority of users, and if you decide to ask for help I’m sure you’ll get that help.
