I am currently running PMS via a NVIDIA Shield (2017). I access it via pixel 2 and Surface Pro (2017) when I am on internet without issue utilizing the new plex app.
My issue is that the new desktop app does not give me a place select ‘sync’ on any of the movies. If I log in via firefox, there is an option to select where to sync a film, however only the Pixel 2 shows up as an option.
Under authorized devices, the desktop app shows up.
Anyone have guidance or can direct me to guidance on how to get the offline sync (download so renamed) functioning on my laptop?
First, make sure that you have PMS 1.16.3 (or newer) installed.
Once that’s confirmed/installed, you should see a Download button on the Desktop Player for Windows app on each item.
