Synced content can't be played by IOS device while Android do

Player Version#: IOS 13.6.1; Plex 7.4

During the date of “work from home” under Covid-19, I try to learn some features from PMS. Mobile Sync is definitely one of the list. cos it help me to kill time on my way back to office once we need to restore to normal working condition.

After reading all documents related to the topic on Mobile Sync, I have successfully created the synced content on my Samsung S20 - Ultra. I can play the synced movie without any issues. However, it is wired that my IPhone 7 Plus doesn’t work as I expect. Once the synced content has finished its conversion and been downloaded to IPhone. I will get the the yellow bar with the words “Something went wrong playing your media. Please try again” as soon as I hit the play button. I am sure that I have following what the document suggest to do. The source is the same (same movie from PMS on my Synology DS-918+.

Can anyone suggest me what should I do?

Solved by uninstall and reinstall the Plex player on my iPhone.

Tried that.

I fixed the problem by deleting all content, unauthorising the app via the web interface and then re-downloading everything.
