Synching from NAS to Media server

Not sure if I’m in the right category here, but I got an issue with my NAS and synching it to Media server / Apple-TV.

On my Synology NAS I made a map from our latest trip and put some clips from our GoPro there (13 to be exact). All named by the camera, but just a different number in the end.

Now when trying to watch them 4 of the movies are missing/not synched so they aren’t there and I can’t figure out why. Any clues on this?

Also, a newbie on Plex here, but why are the clips getting actors/producers etc. connected to them? Also sometimes seem to change name?!

Did you place them in a Movie or TV Show library?

Put them in an Other Videos library instead. Then, Plex will not try to match them to any only ne databases, add actors, etc.
