why the synchronization always stops at 50%?

On what client does that happen (platform, platform version, Plex client version)?
What version of PMS do you use?
Are you pushing a sync from Plex Web to a client or from that client itself?
Plex splits the process of syncing a video in 2 parts… the 1st 50% are about preparing the video, the 2nd 50% are about downloading the resulting file to your client. If Plex gets stuck at 50% that can mean that the client isn’t active.
From what I’ve seen, most clients will pick up the download part when you open the client. Some clients (e.g. iOS) have a button in their synced content section to refresh the sync status – this usually also re-triggers any pending syncs/downloads.
