Sync stuck at converting 100% status

When I initiate a sync movie download from my mobile device (iOS), my Plex app never progresses past “waiting for server”. When I look at the server, it is stuck at 100% file conversion. I have tried to pause/unpause it on the server end and re-sync on the app - no effect.

I currently subscribe to Plex Pass specifically for the ability to download movies from my server. If this isn’t fixed, then I’m simply going to unsubscribe.

Both the Plex server and my mobile app (iOS) are up-to-date, as is my server OS (Ubuntu).

I have the same issue. 80% of my conversions will sit at 100% but i cant download them to my phone. Using IOS.
I’m running my server on Nvidia Shield.

Any help or advise would be nice.

I’ve noticed that if I get on Wifi and navigate to and from my home screen (in Plex), Plex seems to re-initiate syncs and my downloads usual start.
