Synology ds415 play cant get to run

OK I’ve never really used plex.

My synology is the latest version 6.2 and what ever the finer numbers are.

I’m running the latest plex direct from plex (synology is outdated)

Installed fine

However it simlly will not run.

I’ve made sure user plex has r/w access restarted nas still no good. Plex share also has no restrictions.

Uninstalled/reinstalled reboot no luck.

I’m currently on my phone so can’t zip up logs

But any ideas?

Please open FileStation,
Navigate to the Plex share (where the metadata and databases are)
drill down until you see Logs

Right-click Logs and then Compress to Logs.zip
